FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does cold-processed soap mean?
Cold-processed soap is handmade soap created by mixing oils or fats with lye (sodium hydroxide) without external heat. This method allows the soap to cure naturally over 4-6 weeks, preserving the beneficial properties of the ingredients for a gentle, nourishing cleanse.
How long does each soap bar last?
There are a few factors that determine how long our beautiful soap bars last.

FORMULA ~ Many of our soap bars have natural beeswax added to the recipe which increases hardness, extends longevity, and creates a slightly creamier lather. Some of our bars are creamy, soft and extra nourishing (eg. our Rose Milk Goat's Milk bar) which means they may not last as long as our beeswax bars. Our vegan bars do not have beewswax added, so are a slightly softer bar.

DRAINAGE ~ For a longer lasting soap bar ensure bars can drain properly on a soap dish so they can dry between uses.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE ~ When used daily, we anticipate our soap bars would last a single person 3-4 weeks, a couple 2-3 weeks and a family 1-2 weeks.
