Our shipping methods are designed to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, and our packaging reflects our commitment to environmental sustainability. The costs for shipping are transparent, and we strive to provide the best value for your money.
RETURN POLICY
Nature Blessed Beauty is a small family owned business. We take great pride with our care and attention to detail in all aspects of the production of our beauty care products, and our aim is to always ensure complete customer satisfaction with our gorgeous, hand-crafted, natural and organic haircare and skincare products. However, as most of our products are classed as personal care items, which additionally are not enclosed in tamperproof packaging due to our policy on minimal and environmentally sustainable packaging, we are not able to offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless it is found that we have not met Australian consumer guarantees, or you believe you have not receieved the items you ordered.
We ask that you please inspect your order upon recieving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to work together to find a solution. If the wrong items have been sent, the correct items will be posted as soon as possible at our expense.
